@DudeBaby i don't know if you know this, but I'm an elite crossfitter. I can preetty much be the best at anything including being a keyboard warrior cause i do crossfit. At the level 1 cert i went to which in a weekend made me an authority on all things regarding nutrition and training i learned that form and intesity are inversely related. In lamens terms that means to have a high intesity, there will be inevitable form break down. The fuckin way she goes boys the fuckin way she goes.
@DudeBaby I love how all you so-called form experts are almost always rookie pencil necks with a 2 plate 5RM who just finished watching a deadlift instructional video online and you think that if a deadlift does not look perfect like in the video regardless of circumstance or weight being lifted, that it is automatically a bad/poor form deadlift. How about train for a few more years until you pull anything over 6 plates, then come back and see how smart your comment sounds.
