I think if you are unhappy, you really should switch because you should feel comfortable with your doctor, especially since you're pregnant. And from what you've said, it seems like the doctor and everyone around him/her is being really rude to you.

I think all of these absolutely horrific comments are totally uncalled for. Teen pregnancy may be disappointing but it's not right to say those types of things. That's just ridiculous. Hopefully she will be a good Mom and everything will work out for the best. It's not up to us to judge people. We'll leave the judging to God. Anyways, you are tiny for 21 weeks. There is no way you'd have stretch marks with your belly being that small.

It is so great that you got a bellybutton ring! I think that is great that you and your boyfriend can feel the baby moving that is so awesome. On your next video you could talk about:your future plans are, how they might have changed when you learned you were pregnant, What kind of music you like, or you could talk about pregnancy fashion or show off outfits. If you still have your cold you can take Robitussin, I asked my Dr when I was sick last month & she said it was safe. My baby has been perfectly healthy since taking it. So that's an option if you can't stand your cold any longer. :)
I'd loved to see the stuff you guys have bought for him/her, or what clothes you bought for yourself. I can still fit in my low-rise jeans but not my normal ones. I'm dreading wearing the bellyband pants in the coming months, eek!

There are two Womans Support Centers by my house and they do Ultrasounds for FREE, so maybe you can just google Womans Support Center in your home state and give them a call, so you can save your $125 for the baby. It's worth the shot! ;)

I'm so excited to hear the gender in a few weeks! Did you ever think about getting a few IntelliGender tests? They have them at walgreens and I think they might at Walmart, idk where else. But they are suppose to be about 80% accurate in predicting the gender. I believe you pee in a cup and if it's yellow or orange it's a girl and if it turns green it's a boy. But maybe trying one of those will help you out more before the gender US! Your tummy is so cute!
