I walk daily from my apartment building past a house in which a large dog and two hissy cats live with their humans. I know the people well. I have never officially met Brandy and Bobby, their cats, yet these two hissy faces hiss at me from a window each time I pass the house. I have wanted to make a video of them hissing at me to answer the woman who exchanges hisses with what she calls two "49er cats." I can't get close enough to them. They run. My younger cat is still afraid of our dog, despite the fact that the dog has never really done anything mean to her. She hisses at him when he comes in the room even if someone is with her. I'm pretty sure she's just afraid of him, because she's pretty friendly with us.

Ha ha!! My cat, Boo, swears up a storm when it's time to come inside from playing. It's quite embarrasing because the neighbours hear him hollering and think we are abusing him!! Great video!!

Love it! Poor cranky pants girl. She sure lets everyone know when she wants to chill out alone. The most I've heard my raggie boy Mitz hissing is the first few days when I brought Lela home. Love the expression on your face when she tells you off as well. Mitz starts off more gentle if he doesn't want a cuddle, he turns his head and pushes his furry paws softly on my cheek. Then if he's really touchy he will find somwhere to sink his big fangs in.
