I'm glad we have your initial investigation...case solved! The officer answered the question the right way. There was no body so therefore there was no way of knowing if the suspect was hit. I would not believe 100% of anything anyone says (police or random witnesses) unless I was personally involved.

Evey officer is trained to protect his weapon at all cost, so he or his fellow officers are not killed by them. not only is his car a 2 ton weapon, but between the driver and passenger seat of almost every police cruiser in America, is a shotgun. In closing the bystander was a nonbias witness that was bold enough to report what he saw on camera. Like i said i spoke with 13 others on the scene who all agreed. I also got there 1st and witness some things myself that did not go with the report that was issued. And the horse as you call him had something to gain or lose from what happened so i gathered all my info from the only source that i could the witnesses that you are calling bystanders (examine that) which is a tatic the police use 2

hey man when this story was edited and shot we did not know the condition of the suspect only that at least 10 shots where fired at him almost at point blank range so it was an assumption on my part that the suspect was hit but why would an entire interview be held and not once does the officer state that a fellow officer fired several times at a suspect the purpose of the interview was to inform the public of what had occured. So why was this big detail only reported by me

When it comes to situations like this that could and most likely end up in court, some attoryey is going to have you on that stand grilling you, "well officer you said this how did you come to that conclusion?" you better be prepared to answer that with facts not guessing, or that attorney will embarras the hell out of you, this is what cops deal with- back up what you say and report with facts only.

The reporter asked him at first " how many times was the suspect shot" he gave the correct answer "i dont know i don't have any information on no one being shot.
