  • I love using Nivea's tanning lotion. It's super moisturizing and it leaves a nice color too.

  • This video is very helful!! Thanks :)

  • Do you suggest using the Tanning mitt on your body? I am going to purchase this week, I already have the Elf brush for my face. I love my Sun Labs, but this looks a little easier to work with..

  • Thanks for sharing this. I have been curious about the St. Tropez!

    This was really helpful :)

    Stephxo

  • I'm so glad that you shared a video like this because I have been wanting to try the St. Tropez. Very informative.......thank you!

  • Great info and video!! Thank You

  • such a great idea with the brush!!!

  • St. Tropez is such an awesome self tanner and had never thought to use the brush for the back of the hands. I do wear the disposable nitrile examination gloves to apply the product to my body which keeps the stuff off my hands. Just an awesome demo and thanks so much! ♥

  • I use the same ELF brush for self tanner too!

  • Hi Ressa. What's your ethnicity? You appear to be naturally tan and kind of exotic, and I remember your baby boy saying he was Mexican. If that's too personal, I apologize. :)

  • awesome video! thank you so much for sharing this with all of us :)

  • @katiethegreater You're welcome! :)

  • Hi Teresa, could you please tell us what nail polish you are wearing, it is really pretty

  • You should try the Dr. Dennis Gross Glow Pads for your face so amazing!!!! I use the St. Tropez on my body and Glow Pads on my face.

  • Hi, wat nail polish do you have on? I love it! xoxo

  • Great tip!! Thank you!!

  • What nail polish are you wearing? your make up always looks stunning

  • @xxrachelxx123 Essie Sole Mate :)

  • How do you apply it to your back? Or do you have someone else do it?

  • @tah2423 I usually don't apply it to my back but if I do I have my boyfriend help me :)

  • There's something about you in this video that makes you look extra pretty. If possible, can you please film a tutuorial on this look? This was very helpful, I want to try the St. Tropez but I'm afraid of screwing it up, the technique w/ the brush def. helped make it look easier. Thanks for sharing and for the demo, had to favorite for future reference. :)

  • @PrissyandPink Thank you so much Priss thats really nice to hear. YES I will make a tutorial! I'm uploading right now a tut so it will be in a few days <3

  • @232emma You're welcome! I feel so much better with a little tan. :)

  • This was super useful T! I'm glad you made this video as you know I will begin browning up so I don't want to burn my face, no wrinkles! Looking gorgeous as always!!

    ;)) Gi

  • @LongHairandRedLips I'm so glad you found this useful. Yes no wrinkles!! Thank you <3

  • Btw, I love every one of your videos!! :)

  • I love the St. Tropez mousse. I use gloves to apply it then finish off with the tops of my hands & wash my palms. No staining problems that way :)

  • Great ideas!! Can't wait to start self tanning, it's that time of year!!

  • Also I was wondering if you have to go up a shade in foundation after you self tan. I am very fair NW15. I wear MUFE F&B and I think I may order this self tanner and was wondering if I should order a shade darker in my foundation. Love you channel!

  • @LesLeeXoXo You might want to, you are probably going to want to get the same color you would use in the summer. :)

  • I am so terrified of putting self tanner on my face. Have you ever had any issues with self tanner on your face?

  • @LesLeeXoXo not with this one. Doesn't break me out :)

  • What a brilliant idea using the brush, I always thought how I could do my hands and now I know. Thank you for the great videos

  • Thanks for showing us your routine! I am in love with bronzers!

  • Youloook beautiful! I lovesunlesstanners!Iam addicted to bronzers! You need to try TANSXL.A great spray as well.

  • OMG this is a great Demo T,is it really ok to use on your face? I'm getting this asap!

  • @navygirlist Thank you Tosha! Yes its ok for me anyway! :)

  • @Ressa777 Hmmm ok! thank you.

  • Will you give a breakdown of the makeup colors you are using here? I love the eye shadow colors and the lip color(s). I love the St. Tropez mousse; least tanning smell of any I've tried. But, I can't use the Jergens because it really smells on me. Do you have an alternative touch-up lotion that you like?

  • @Peridot500 Im doing a tutorial on this look so itll be up in a few days :) Jergens is the only one I've really tried but as for drugstore I don't think there is one that doesn' t smell..

  • Awesome vid, you look gorgeous!! I love the Sun labs but my husband complains that it smells lol. Is the st tropez any better? I love the glow it gives.

  • So you keep the tanner on under your mu or do you wash it off & then apply your mu?

  • I am gonna start doing this tomorrow cuz I just have my ST tropes sitting without using it... Thank u for the tip!

  • I would like to try it .... I know you said you use it everyday, so do you moisturize before and do you also use sunblock? Thanks :-)

  • I want to try your routine because I LOVE the glow your skin has!

  • I got the faux tan from BE, have you ever tried that one? Gonna try this tomorrow :)

  • Ah I'm so pale this makes me want to do this too!

  • Gorgeous! I may have to break down and try the St. Tropez after watching this! <3

  • your nail polish is really nice, what is it?

  • great stuff!!!!!!!

  • Great video! I use an old kabuki brush but think I'll buy the elf one :). So you just put your makeup over the tanner in the morning? I always have a problem with my face staying dark because of my clarisonic! :)

  • @coquibaby Yes I have a clarisonic too so I always put the tanner on before my makeup. :)

  • Great vid! Don't know if you mentioned or not but does this make you break out when you apply it to your face? I have oily/sensitive skin and am always worried to apply to my face? Thanks for sharing w/ us!

  • @mrsKassi5 I have basically the same skin type and the St. Tropez doesn't break me out on my face. :)

  • Does your mac pro longwear in nc25 still match when use this self tanner on your face everyday? Thanks! I'm gonna start doing this. :)

  • @macyrae81 yes I am using nc25 right now. When I have a base tan in the summer I still use the st. tropez but I'm alot darker like an nc30 or nc35

  • which of the st tropez mousses are you using? i looked on the website and their are a few different ones.

  • @angelina6789 I'm not sure. I just know its a mousse and not a lotion, I'm not too familiar with all of their products just this one. :)

  • @Ressa777 doesn't it say on the bottle what it is? Does it say self tanning mousse? Where do you buy it from?

  • great idea!

  • I love the st tropez but it stains my palms soooo badly that I had to start using latex gloves to put it on!

  • @123meaghanb I used to use gloves too when I had acrylic nails cause it would stain them but now I just wash it off really well. :)

  • Great tips especially the flat top brush! I think I mis understood how often, How often do you do this, was it every Sunday?

  • @djbrec I self tan all over on Sunday with St. Tropez. Then touch up body during the week with Jergens and touch up face and hands everyday with St. Tropez and the brush. :)

  • AWESOME video!!! I loved it! I never thought of using a brush!! <3 xoxoxo

  • @TheBombshellSuite Thanks Gorgeous!! <3 it makes it so much easier and less messy!

  • Great tips! I've been using a brush but it was a flat top kabuki type from PF and it was pretty dense, I think too much. It did good but I can see where this ELF one would work better, plus I like the idea of the longer handle. I've put the tanner on my whole body with the brush several times it just comes out much better than rubbing with hands or with a glove. Thanks for sharing your tips, I've always been scared to use self tanner on my face but I'm going to try it.

    Peg~

  • @MemomMon Yes the Elf brush is probably less dense and it makes it perfect!

  • Should I put my acne serum on first or after the tanner?

  • @Melmphs You should put that on before :)

  • Thank you so much for this video I always love your tan ox ;)

  • @GirlieGirlGlam You're so welcome! :)

  • Do you put the St. Tropez on your face everyday? or just on Sunday's? Just curious if it washes off or if once a week is good?

  • @mayylovesmakeup I put the St. Tropez on my face everyday :)

  • Great trick with the elf brush!! So u only put it on once a week and maintain it with jergens? How long do u wait before applying your make up?

  • @Melmphs Yes I wait about 10 minutes :)

  • Great tips....I never thought about using a brush to apply a self tanner..thanks for the video!

  • The St. Tropez gives a really nice natural tan! I'm going to have to try it!! Thanks for the review!

  • You are so adorable T!!!! I can't get enough of you ;-)

Do they smell? Also if it does, does the smell linger for long?

Great video, you really put alot of effort into this love XO, Jan

  • Thank you for this video. Great tip on using the elf brush!
