@christianthebom You got any details are you just whining? Look any of the mail order companies and you will see that they have all had lawsuits against them; BH is not special in that respect. I don't have one of the high end models but my BH plane flies fine, no crashes or failures. These things don't last forever, not even the ones that you purchase from brick and mortar stores. If you fly them hard and/or they take some hard landings then last even less.

@shawncesaro I read the recent complaints, many where because they couldn't reach them because of the holiday and the business moving. Many more where because people had assembled their planes, fried the electronics or broke them and wanted the company to take the plane back. A couple complaints about the customer not having a digital camera to take photos to send to BH CS (whose cell phone doesn't have a camera these days?). None of these things are deal breakers for me.

The only points that I can agree with is that they don't answer their phone and they don't reply to email in a timely fashion. Not paying for return shipping is a small issue however they do state that they will not in their terms and conditions.

I think BH should try to clean up there act and support there customers! from the videos their plans are nice looking and large, I would say a perfect size not too small to seem like a toy and not too large that it becomes hard to handle and the color schemes are nice. first of all, anyone interested in buying this plane from this company should just go to their trash pail and put your money in there, because that it what you get from this aircraft,, total junk, bad retracts have to purchase

a y servo connector for your rudder and front retract so you can use them together.and dont even think about going full throttle with this thing, the esc's cannot handle the load. He is using upgraded parts in the video and yes he pushes the door closed????

I bought this plane for my store and who bought the plane said the flying time was about 3-4 minutes, and that full power was needed to keep the plane flying. I don't know what motors and battery is used for this video because they have a much better performance than the standard stock they sell. The planes in videos fly very good but many time the reality is another. Buy one and try for yourself.

Has anybody ordered and flown one of these yet? I'm a first time flyer and wanted to get one of these and was concerned about wing loading and low speed performance. I know it's capable of the high alpha maneuvers due to the thrust to weight ratio and the vectoring but how stable is it on approach? I'm looking for something with a fairly low approach speed. This model seems to be fairly good.
