opi matte - that was me! I was sitting here and got a big ol smile when you mentioned "one of my subscribers recommended this..." how fun! I love that polish except mine chipped after one day. ;-( However, like you mentioned it dries so fast that it is easy to apply, so just for that I will wear it.

For your lower lashes, you might want to try Maybelline Lash Discovery. It has a tiny wand and it works great for me. I bought it on emilynoel83's suggestion. No matter what I use on my upper lashes, I almost always use the Lash Discovery on my lower ones.

Hi Lisa!! Do you notice any chipping with the matte polish? I have a few of the Opi suede polishes and it chips after 2 days. The Zoya mattes last 3-4 days, they are coming out with some beautiful colors for holiday 2009!!

Oh, the Zoya matte polish in Posh is really pretty! It has the same finish as your OPI, but the color is more of a soft red. It dries really fast, too, and lasts, especially with out a top coat.
