The game is not better. It's a damn disgrace what has happened to hockey under Bettman and Soupy's watch. Implementing the rules for the purpose of scores, as Colin talks about half way through the video, is just dumb. You really are letting the refs determine the outcome. If a team doesn't have the skill, mental toughness etc to erase a deficit, than too bad.

I like how Ron drills him on the puck-over-glass penalty. I've never liked that one, they should just do it like an icing. Nobody does it on purpose and refusing a line change for tired penalty killers is damaging enough.

I'm a fan of most rules, but that puck over the glass one has got to go.

It was sad to see the Buffalo Sabres get robbed at a potential series win due to another new rule. Only rule I really want gone.

You shoot it over the glass, you get a faceoff in your own zone and aren't allowed a line change(Same as if you were to ice the puck).

Goalie does it. Penalty.

Seems simple enough to me.
