This whole thing is sad. Two families are affected by a dog that is lovable, affectionate, and active within a family unit. The original family lost the dog they knew and loved, because having them fixed does tend to alter their personality, and the second family lost a brand new pet that had already become at least partly attached to them and them to him

I owned an Aussie for several years and it ran away a couple of times because the gate wasn't latched but it always came back. Having said that, the defendant is arrogant and obnoxious. While I think that JJ usualy makes the correct decisions, I can say that having worked in the legal and law enforcement arena); JJ is entertaining, but a judge in a civil or criminal court would never get away with yelling, screaming, calling participants stupid. Ahh reality TV is wonderful!

Aussie Sheppards are EXTREMELY loyal to their owners. It would not have ran away unless it was being poorly treated. I’m so sick of people breeding a particular breed of animal when there are literally thousands of animals in shelters needing homes!
