The full song to this hasn't been released yet, it just got put into the anime, once it's released it will be easy to find. The singer is from L.G. Monkees so just follow that group around for awhile and you might even find a release date on this song, pretty sure it's a single as well.

The sad instrumental and vocalist makes me a nostalgic feeling. That a say beautiful music, the vocalist is exceptional here.

More, the music is completely adapted at this manga if you understand japanese.
