Maleficent looks like The Horned King's queen... They're two of the best Disney villains, although my favourites are Oogie Boogie, Hades, Shenzi Banzai & Ed, Ramsley and Jafar.

Great accompaniment. I always thought Mellificent was even better than the Queen from Snow White, but the prince gets way too much help from the fairies, and the fight with the dragon is far too short. It lasts almost exactly one minute! The fairies even aimed the sword for him.

I believe Maleficent died...as soon as the sword pierced her, and everything blacked out in the canyon below when she fell, the curse "Forest of

Thorns" she placed on the castle was instantly lifted...

Exactly - she drained the power from her curse to heal herself. The fairies couldn't remove her curse from Aurora so I doubt they could successfully enchant a sword to kill her. She's just pining for the fjords!
