They spend over 20 billion dollars every year on air conditioning alone in Iraq and Afghanistan. Only around 10 billion a year on NASA. Hmmmmm Think about that one.

isn't that just a hole punch cloud?layer of Altocumulus these clouds are made of supercooled water. the humidity was high at that level of the atmosphere, Altocumulus clouds developed a hole. The hole, crystals of ice, formed into regular Cirrus clouds, and began falling. definition precipitation and since Cirrus are made of ice crystals, call it snow, evaporated before hitting the ground. All of this is common uncommon was the perfect circular shaped that grew in minutes. MUST be ALIENS!!!!
