  • This video is a favorite on Santiago

  • Bien JJ, great drink!!!

  • i've tried caipiroska, not one of my favorites but good.

  • @panamablanc73 have you tried caipirinha with cachaca or caipiroska with vodka? i prefer caipiroska...

  • @pcbjuniorcovers caipiroska with sobieski vodka, crushed ice, lime. ..cachaca is difficult to find in some countries.

  • very good vid man..

  • i take sometimes pitu this is the best

  • the best drink ever made but no brown sugar please only white sugar or simple syrup

  • thnx it's so nice but i think no crushed glass boiled glass is better

  • So...I'm from Brazil and i DISAGREE this recipe...

To make the real Caipirinha/Caipiroska NEVER use: Brown Sugar and Crushed ice.

Just use lime, cachaça/vodka, WHITE sugar and ice rocks! It'll a nice and relaxing drink. I love it!!!

  • @S4t4n1cH4t3 in my opinion it has to be small ice cubes but not crusched

  • Great video, simple and instructive, waiting for some more videos to come...

  • man this video is sooooo freaking relaxing

  • very good men.

  • cachaca..hahahahahahahah...

  • Good vid, trying it myself right now :-)

  • Ni los brasileños se ponen de acuerdo

  • Take the center of the lime, along with the tops and bottoms. And don't mix with a spoon...

  • Very nice made, hell-of-a Drink, one is never enough for me.

  • @mixologister - thanks men, I appreciate that! :)

  • This drinks are very common in Brazil, you can also buy Smirnoff Caipiroska, wish its ready to drink, and also very good.

  • @verzolax

With all my respect, you should NEVER compare Smirnoff Caipiroska to a real caipiroska (made at the time you're gonna drink it). They're totaly different drinks. It's almost like comparing watch a show on a DVD to watch it in a stadium. I disagree with the use of brown sugar too. I also think the drink would be even better if you take off the white strip of the limes (in the middle of it), wich can leave a bitter taste to the drink. Try it and you can say me. Cheers!... :)

  • brilliant video!

  • @TheMuffinMan86 - thank you so much!

  • I absolutely love Caipirinha, when I'm out of Cashasa, I make Caipiroska.

    Very easy to make!

  • Oh my God!!!! You forgot to take the WHITE part of the lime OUT! It gives the drink a bitter taste, and it should not taste bitter!!!!!!!!!!

  • caipiroska is the best drink ever :D really good

  • well done mates.

an autentic caipirinha must be made using traditional high quality cachaça. avoid industrial cachaça.

  • Sorry to differ, but I heartily disagree. High quality cachaca does not make a caipirinha authentic. I have made zillions of "authentic" caipirinhas in Brazil with cheap pinga. If you like the taste of a more expensive cachaca, fine... but it is not required for authenticity.

  • Very good video like all the other ones, keep 'em comin'!

Yeah, it tastes much better without the white part in the center of the lime.

  • excellent

  • Chin chin

  • very appropriated sound track (desafinado) =)

  • Cheers from Argentina! Great Video! Great Drink!

  • Well, the truth is that he should take the WHITE part of the lime OUT! b/c it gives the drink a bitter taste, and it should not taste bitter.

  • your mixing-videos are great!

i'd like to see more of them :)

    5 stars

  • That's true.. that's the way it is done... some people prefer to remove the white part in the midle of the lime... os sometimes to get rid of the whole peel...

But in anyway it is good...

  • essa eh da boaaaaaa

  • I'm brazilian, and i know about caipirinha.. thats sure the right away hehee

    very good recipe
