@Frap357 no it was me who put the logo there into the image in order to remind me what board I use ;) it uses your picture as full-screen logo with no plasterings at all
@JamieJWSmith May not be relevant anymore, a year later, however I figured out you need to save your custom screen as a BMP with 16 bit depth in photoshop. Then you open MS Paint, open the picture with that, and then do a save as, using the 256 color bitmap option. This works perfectly, however just to be safe, I'd keep the picture file size to around 300 KB
Now i have made a Bluescreen in Photoshop, using it as bootscreen... it's extremely popular at LAN parties ! Everyone just stares at you und you just say "This fuck always happens :) Don't care about it" and they "but this is a serious problem" and I "so what :) "
how would i upload a bios boot screen?

@Aidschent2
Ah, alright. Fair enough.
I don't think you need to get reminded though. I surely do remember what motherboard I do have.
I have a Gigabyte EP45-UD3, but I disabled the boot splash screen because it hides informational data and slows down boot time.

I have tried doing this, but I cant get the right settings in photoshop, can you help me?

i think you need to save your picture as a 640x480 BMP with 256 colors...
i'm note quite sure, i'm using another mainboard now...

I've got a new Gigabyte MoBo, will try it myself
nice work!

how did they do that?

it's a standard feature of newer Gigabyte Mainboards. On the CD with the drivers you'll find a program called FaceWizard.
I have created a windows blue screen which appears when i switch on the PC, causing much fun on LANs :D
