Guys I checked & this is the Juggernaut Recon Armor so that's why he probably gets a shield, but there is the Juggernaut Suit which you can get with 15 kills (This one takes 18) & I don't know but I'll probably have a gun. Either way apparently there are 2 suits of Juggernaut one that is a killstreak (Now Strike Packages) & the other which is this one is a Support Tier killstreak. Hope that clears any doubts or discomforts.

Actually you know what, you should just get a 2 point streak and then be able to get this killstreak, but make the player invincible and carry a death machine that takes 1 bullet to kill, also give the death machine unlimited ammo and no reload. Ooh and how about a forcefield that if anyone comes within 1 meter of you they're killed straight away.

This is package which means that even after you die your killstreks still counts. Killstreaks doesnt reset when you die, and they wont stack.

The offense package is just like other games, you must get that many kills without dying, and they stack just like in MW2. In the offense you get Juggernaut with a light machine gun instead of a riot shield.

wait guys before you say the juggernaut killstreak is shit there is something you need to know! this is the SUPPORT juggernaut. it is based on helping keep the enemy focused on you. there is another juggernaut killstreak, for the assault class, which is a 15 pointstreak. The assault class is focused on getting kills for the team- confirmed at cod xp meaning, the other juggernaut killstreak could have a gun!!!!
