Honestly by this description, it just looks like a bigger version of itouch with crisper look, which is not really needed.also this would be smaller than a laptop, but not as handy to use like an itouch. Apple also needs to fix a lot of things on itouch. Definetely needs a camera. iPod Nano has a camera and itouch doesn't?

i think the biggest problem on buying the ipad to Know is that . next gen is going to have video cam & will have 3G/and more batter life extra exta. for $499 or lower it will be a dumer for some people that always wanna have apple's latest product's. I honestly thing its not that great, but I rather lug that around because my laptop is pretty big (use it all the time at college). Would you think they will make like a Microsoft Word or/ compatible with Microsoft products like that? (Office, PowerPoint,etc..)
