they dont have the upper deck open just the bottom and not all of the seats r open down there cuz they have to make room for the ice

The upper deck is often nearly full during weekend games. You can see it at 1:26 in the video. The arena seats 19,026 for bball and 14,000 for hockey. The last sellout crowd was last Sat. Jan. 24th
