yes as long as you have two display ports in the back, most graphics cards do, except maybe for some integrated ones, just look at the back where the monitor cable plugs in, if there is one just like it next to it then your good to go, otherwise consult your manual or any geeky kid nearby.

To get your mouse on the second screen once it's enabled in display settings, move your mouse to the edge of your screen and it should go onto the other monitor by itself. If not, try the other sides of the screen. You will need to drag the squares that represent the monitors in Display Settings to their actual positions.
