Try this:

Save the game before competing in the pit

Play in the pit

If you lose, reload last save and try again

If you win, delete previous save and make a new save

Rinse and repeat :)

I have beat it about 20 times lol. But I did not know he would end up in Fortak's tent. I thought he had been killed like all the other pore ass varren the first time I did it. If Urz loses and ends up in Fortak's tent will he be able to fight in the pits again or is he done?

@BloodyFatalis i believe he stows away, that is what i think mordin varren dst desease on normandy is about, and the fact that CE edition gives shepard a companion robot dog, makes me think a varren companion will be standart IF you aquired him. would be cool if you actually could take him in a mission as companion like dragon age origins.

@jocke706 you have to complete the "killing pyjaks" assignment. after that you can buy pyjak meat and feed it to urz. he will then follow you around and you can let him fight in the pit against othe varren if you wish to do so.

@shooshooshooshooter: i let him fight in the pit against another varren, he won two fights, then lost one, ending up in Fortak's tent :)

@shooshooshooshooter: yeah i've seen that one. but no, I haven't played it 28 times yet xD am just finished my 8th playthrough of ME2, have played ME1 3times, have many open, unfinished PTs that are waiting to be finished. i just like to have a few parallel pts at the same time. makes it easier for me to jump to certain points in the game and make screenshots or capture a video.

@naierer I could probably finish it 28 times, I'm a wierd guy that doesn't need multiplayer to play a game AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! mainly because in games like mass effect 2 I jhust play for fun after I play it 9 times then I just skip all the dialogue and say random crap LOL

I think so. Just return to the Normandy, then come back, and go see him at his owner (the first merchant that gives you the Killing Pyjaks assignment).
