  • @conetblur78 That very nice! I also have a successful diet plans I found it in the site called WeightLossAction.Info . Me and my sister have proven the effectiveness of the program. We are thinner and lighter than before. :D you should try it too!!!

  • @vidfreakk hi. i'm not sarah, but i'm very into exersizing and staying fit, but just because ur male i don't think it'll make a difference if its a male or female doing this exersize, it'll probably work for both. but remember im not 100% on this one, but u should try it see if it works :)

  • @jellyduck100 send me some pictures so I can see how it looks. This way you can work on different areas of the legs with different types of squats depending which part(s) of your legs need working on.

  • I do a modified version of 1:30, standing...works excellent. That is my sole butt exercise, for me, it hits the area perfectly. :)

  • Another great trick I do is after you do the fire hydrant 20 times, hold out your leg straight so its perpendicular to your body for 15 seconds. then you really feel a burn

  • You know your doing the first one wrong.....when bending your knees your not supposed to not let you knee go past your toes.....its called knee shearing....

  • I've been to lots of sports and I can personally say what you're doing is one of the exercises my coaches used to drill into our team to develop some serious strength. I'm out of shape and my memory is kind of blurry, so I'll be visiting your channel more often. Seriously though, thank you for posting these types of videos up.

  • @KellLove14 Love Lucy! These bottoms are lulu but the top is random. It's just a yellow tight tank top from Marshalls - not sure who makes it, but I think it's a brand that does private label so you might find it under a variety of brands names

  • When I do the donkey kicks..I feel my hamstrings sting when I bring them down at the end of the rep, and not a good sting. Like the muscle is sliding over another muscle. Is there anyway to prevent this? Sometimes I get that same thing in my hip when I do hip exercises. I also have wide hips.

  • hey Sarah i was just wondering what your bmi or like height and weight is. I've ran track/ XC for a little over 4 years now but idk I kinda look like you in terms of fitness. I'm 5'4 and weigh about 123lb. am I too heavy or could it be muscle?

I'm 5'4.5 and I weigh between 130-135 - I've got a lot of muscle though, for me to be 125, I have an unhealthy amount of body fat (being too low) and it's very hard to stay there. I get very cranky. I just have a lot of muscle... You are not too heavy since I weigh 10 lbs more than you!
