There are 3 cruicibles (I think about 7lbs each) and there is brick liner in the kiln, not fiber HOWEVER there is kind of fiber baffle simply to keep the heat in the kiln when the lid is opened. For more details, it's a Jen Ken "Cruicable". It's the bee's knees except it's meant for 24/7/30 operation, not for the weekend stuff I do and (as such) the elements aren't really long lasting.
Well done. I like how you showed closeupsof the pieces at the end. I think that is important to show what a technique produces. So many people dont do this but it is hard to picture in your head what is happening sometimes. Thank you for sharing.

how many crucibles are in the kiln, and was that fiber blanket filling in the kiln?
