Another much easier method of this, and it only needs two grenades, is where the vid shows the large chicken coops - not the 1st one - the 2nd and 3rd ones, chuck 2 grenades in quick succession at them, turn, run, take cover and voila there's the achievement... simple

You can, but often that doesn't kill any Chickens at all.
