@royaltyinc444 Normal, people want to see some old school wrestling and WWE want to stay PG for diverse reasons (FCC, medical, insurance, politics). So, the balance is to try to have a formula to work with all that so they are trying to give an image a bit like the 80's, but more modern (I know it does not make sens, it's marketing).

The way I see it, Christian, when ECW was about to end, was contemplating whether to go to Raw or not, he visited Raw and had a match with Sheamus in which Christian jobbed to Sheamus. Now, Christian has beaten Sheamus.
Christian is finally being built up well to be a lasting world champion.
