i say that the animation is good and you wont focus on hand movement in game so i would play the game with thees animations another thing the animation looks anatomically correct to me considering it has 2 thumbs and 2 fingers
I think you've gone too far towards making things stiff with this set. Melee is probably the easiest to identify this on... just look at the return to the origin. There's no flow, just a weird jumpy thing. This also causes some weird style clashing in the grenade throw - it's pretty much the only thing with a "normal" sense of flow and the end of it really sticks out.
I do, however, think I could get attached to the re-grip (I think that's what it is anyhow) at the end of the reload.
I was trying to make a melee that showed him returning his hand to the handle. It didn't exactly work out well but akin to you, I can't do melees for shit. The re-grip at the reload..now that I look even that fills like it's lacking any sort of movement and it kind of goes back down to origin a bit to quick for my liking (the movement, not the rotation where it slams down which I kind of like).

Idle and grenade throw was pretty badass! Good work! btw, the bipod doesnt really need to be floppy, just a little bit movement :)
