  • pretty neat to see from where im sitting. did pretty close to the same thing last year and again this summer with my son with me. he played it off pretty smooth. i know when u hit a head wind at them speeds, it quite a sensation. lol

  • @rednoseroxster That was the first WOT run of the day.....we drove for about 5 hours after that

  • Nice save ..great boat

  • YES! ya cant tell me ur hart ant pounding after that 1

  • wow!! nice video

  • Damn that would have sucked way overtrimmed..

  • Bet u had to clean your drawers after that huh?

  • @bigpuller78 that was the worst I've ever encountered personally but nothing I can't handle :-)

  • Where you running a "hot foot" is that how you backed out of it so fast?

  • @bryrylan yes, but that didn't help me and the "log" in July...........the boat is almost done with my custom restore so stay tuned!!!

  • someone needs a fresh set of undies.

  • right here is a good example of why i wont climb into one of these boats

  • Sissy

  • ....not unless im driving

  • Well anyways the point of this video is that chit happens when your doing 80 mph + in a fast light boat. There's always some risk of something bad happening at those speeds. Even the Good drivers can get wet sometimes, Chad was lucky this time , But then again his luck ran out later that year.

  • I come from a speed boating background, which is why I say It wont be me sitting in the passenger seat of one of these things.

"....shit happens when your doing 80 mph +...."

Well shit seems to happen more often in these boats.

  • Really? What sort of ' Fast Boats' have you been in or driven? I see more offshore boats each year crashing into each other, flipping, rolling etc then any light Weight Outboard boat accidents. You have to DRIVE these type of boats, Not just point and go.

  • Ive driven and gone down the lake/rivers in Hondos, Eliminators, Cougars, Custom river racers, Vectors, and 1 of the 2 Excalibur's that used to roam Shuswap Lake. I don't pay to much attention to offshore boats because i don't live on the coast. The reason i don't like "hydro's" is because of the way they're hull is designed and how unstable the boat gets at high speeds, regardless of who's driving.

  • watching this might have saved my life!

  • the trim didnt look too bad.. maybe some wind in there too?

  • a little trim...a little wind

  • that looked like a wild ride!!!...need a change of drawers???

  • glad i watched this....... Ill keep my trim down some!!! just got my 150 going on my vector.....

  • That was close.
