Schubert's 15th should definitely be added to the list.
And arguably Haydn's "Fifths".
And perhaps some by Bartók and Shostakovich. All of Bartók's six quartets should be considered if you want to dig into 20th century quartets. But they may not be advisable to pick as your first stations on that travel. Ravel's single one and Shostakovich's no. 8 may be better choices.

Musicians? I like the Lindsay.
Music? Beethoven 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.
Schubert Death and the Maiden.
Also try Brahms piano quintet.
The greatest of them all, Beethoven 14 (C sharp minor)
