I think the only perm weapons you could buy back then were basic weapons like an AK47, M4A1, MP5K..etc (also some pistols).. That was until Nexon became broke so they had to come up with a way to take you're money (Specialists, Perm weapons, OP weapons) making Combat Arms go from "Free to Play" to "Pay to Win".
