I just bought a 74 Taylor SJ and it had 455 olds ,and I am putting a 350 chevy in it. I was questioning the power but I see that it will be plenty. I went with sbc because it is alot cheaper for parts than the olds. I have been told from alot of guys that that was the way to go. I bought all of parts over the winter assembly will start soon.
