I thought they were HK, I have a lot of friends here in Scotland who are from HK, including my girlfriend. I got to know them when they visited my dance class, and i have found most of them very good company-- my notions of Chinese were of crazed, barian-washed mobs waving The Little Red Book during The Cultural Revolution.

They are Hong Kongers. Josephine now is a psychologist, known for her work against child abuse. Michael now works as an architest and lives in Seattle.
