@njemnu112 you got that right. One thing I've noticed is when people come to this country they are not as strong, or fit. Everything is so different in the U.S. You may not get that great taste with the extra work, but you can surely save time. We all know U.S. is about TIME.
I'm from Benin!!!!! that's how we do it!!! Who needs gyms? do this for a yr, and i swear, u will have huge muscles.
