  • WAGM-TV was never seen on any Nova Scotia cable TV provider. During the 1980s, the only cable TV provider in Nova Scotia to get WABI-TV (the CBS affiliate from Bangor, ME) was in Halifax. All other cable TV subscribers in N.S. during that time had to get WJBK-TV from Detroit as the CBS affiliate station, which was rather odd. Nowadays, all N.S. cable TV providers get WBZ-TV from Boston as the CBS network station for them.

  • Tony Mignone was awesome. At least I thought so at 8 years old. :P

  • oh, i forgot all about tony boloney, nothing he ever predicted for weather was quite right.

  • to think WAGM used to use the network campaigns, the same could not be said today

  • wow - i remember that - that was one year before i began workign at the station as a master control op.

  • what is that backround music after the announcer!!?!!

  • It's a cut from CBS' 1995-96 Promotional Package "You're On CBS". The Graphics are also from the same network package as well.
