The reason the infected cystic acne got infected is because you did not remove the sac that was holding all of the infection. After you squeezed it all out you should of seen a piece of it (since you cut it open) that you could of grabbed with tweezers and pulled out (I saw it!!!). Had you done so, he would of healed without needing a doctor. With this said you did a great job helping him =)

The thumbs need to be further from the opening pushing in and down while twisting it at the same time. That will really empty the thing. There is a lot more to remove inside the thing when the filming stops.

This was a great sebaceous cyst expulsion. Beautiful job. But what do you do about the laceration on the back after the cyst is empty? It looked like it needed a stitch or two. Just wondering. You have a big fan base over at Pop That Zit dot com. Thanks for posting this.

@LDDavis911 We probably should have stitched it up but we just cleaned it really well and put a big bandage on it. And I knew someone asked about putting it up on that site but I didn't know it was actually there! That's awesome! I wonder if they'll put this one up too?

I don't think it's a "Beautiful job" because it is sebaceous cyst. Beautiful, maybe for public, but not for patient, cause they don't take out the "sac". So these cyst will come back soon, bigger & inhabited by a population of much more germs.

@OohSoPretty it was on his back and he probably didn't know it was there, and by the time he did, it was to big and to painful to mess with, that or he just thought it was a fatty lump. it happens far more often than you would think.

You ever heard the phrase of too many cooks in the kitchen. Exactly what is happening here. Way to many hands getting in each other's way, and you don't know how to properly squeeze that thing. You need to get underneath it and squeeze. You were driving me crazy watching you. I just want to come over there and do it myself....But you definitely get points in my book though, you wore GLOVES!!!
