Very nice! I made a little homemade one for the science fair in my junior year of high school. It actually worked, too. It cooled water from 90 deg F down to 70 deg F with the help of a pump and a small fan.
@SeanPCummings A cooling tower just cools...no radiation needed. In a nuclear power plant, cooling towers cool the steam used to drive turbines that produce energy. The steam is produced by the core which does require radioactive isotopes.
What brand are these cooling towers? I've only personally seen BAC and Evapco cooling towers, neither of them look like this.
