  • Never had a dog, until i bought a Yorksire terrier recently. Cesar is a very smart person. He knows dog's psycology. But more importantely he knows that the problem is never the dog. Is their owner. Your problems like boredom, luck of love and dedication after the first days, your fightings with your family reflect on the dog's psycology. The dog is a loyal friend if you dedicate at it, some 6 months of patience in their training and setting boundaries. Hope Cesar comes in Greece one day!

  • I want this book and I don't even have a dog...

  • every dog is the perfect dog!

  • Cesar is so dog smart, I have learned alot from him.

  • Hes Brilliant!

  • 1:15 you might want to teach that little dog you're holding a thing or two. He does NOT want to be held.. so how about you do him a favor and put him down.....

  • awesome

  • this book sucks !!!

  • @nuttman2 how do u know?

  • @iloveowls90 Well if you want to learn how to shut your dog down and make him insacure, depressed jumpy and reactive buy it up he is very good at this. I know because I'm a behavioral cunsultant and he teachs by what we call compulsion dogs learn much better and faster by operant condioning and negitive punishment which is omission

  • CM's methods should have dissapeared with the dinosaurs.

Man's best friend deserves better than all this outdated dominance stuff.

  • The most important thing for a young puppy is not physical exercise, not viruses...it's socialization.

  • @AgilityFox Yes socialization is important, nobody's saying that it isn't. But socialization is easier with a dog that isn't full of energy. Also viruses are important to watch out for. Parvo and other viruses can easily kill a puppy that doesn't have a strong immune system (that, by the way, exercise helps with) and the right vaccinations and boosters and what's more important really? A live puppy or a socialized one?

  • @bborder100 Socialized !

It is definitely more important to socialize the puppy.

PLEASE do some research, for example by entering the following in a search engine: diamondsintheruff*com/earlysocialization

(replace the * by a dot)

  • @AgilityFox Yes. And it says that proper care should be taken with a puppy that doesn't have all its shots. I agree completely which is exactly what I said. PLEASE read what I write before making erroneous assumptions. Socialize, yes, but make a puppy play date with a dog that is up to date or a puppy that is checked out and healthy rather than going to the dog park or walking your puppy in an area that is saturated with unknown and potetially unhealthy dogs.

  • @AgilityFox I think it's funny that you chose a dead puppy over a live one.

  • @nevesdarocha What a silly comment. >.<

  • @AgilityFox puppies need both socialization and exercise. I would love for you to not exercise the breed I own, I have four Huskies.....but attempt to socialize them only. It is by far easier to socialize and train a dog (especially Huskies) who has been exercised properly each day......than it is an overly high strung Husky puppy. Socialization is also not only having people interact with a dog as many believe. It is taking the dog to as many different environments as a puppy while ....

  • @AgilityFox ....training them there. If you train a pup and walk him in numerous different environments it will build his confidence more than taking him around to every person to be pet. I've raised/trained quite a few puppies. Something to also note, is that many pups or dogs with too much energy can be overly anxious or nervous when you take them places. Exercise them properly, daily....and it removes that making it a thousand times easier to take them places.

  • @AgilityFox actually its BOTH.

  • i got the dvd and watched last night..

  • How to not raise Marley... Epic. But I thought Marley was neurological?
