I like it because it looks right in a girl (Im a girl lol) but I dislike it because this house got more bathrooms than anything else, where the dining room chairs and the living room is looks perfect but the kitchen's tooo far away and there's like 3 rooms without funiture it would be better if you should have put more rooms like gyms, etc, and completed the bathrooms... :/

the bathrooms have no sinks. It's not up to code, I'm afraid we;ll have to have you reconstruct.

While I can't complain about the lay out, it's certainly awkward.

But the real catch to this building is that all the TV's are within easy B&E nicking range. The music that the occupants are forced to listen to by the ghostly overlord who glides through their house to make internet videos plays are maddening, Also it steals teh pool ladders.

Waaaay too many chandeliers. The outside architecture/landscape is well done, the inside floor plan is nicely set up, but the furniture/interior design is just ... no. Needs more variety of interior color and furniture shape (the saaame chairs are used in too many rooms); the over-formal tone doesn't match the outside design; the bathrooms need to have more personality, they're too cookie-cutter; hardly anything matches/agrees with the surroundings.

I can tell you took a long time designing this house, but maybe you should have put more time into the decorating. It's all the same colors and nothing really pops my attention. I really like the colors but maybe you shouldn't have put that many rooms if you weren't going to put any decorations or furniture for that matter. All in all, it's okay. I hope my feedback doesn't make you mad.

The hose is so plane and dull like is all one plane colour and the walls don't even have pictures and so many empty rooms by far the most boring house it kinda seems like if they just moved in and the rest of the furniture is in the moving truck.

I gotta agree with kkHey, your house isn't "The Perfect Sims 3 House". Some things that doesn't make it deserve that title is:

1.) You created way to many extra rooms (Not Nesscesary unless your running like an orphanage)

2.) You duplicated rooms and areas and its uncreative and ununqie.

3.) Your wall decorations aren't exquisite and decorative, just plain.

4.) Like Number 1, there are way to many rooms, and as you can see you ran out of ideas so alot were empty.
