Awesome to see you getting back into this! This is guard768 (aka Jesse.) Thank you so much for posting this video. I'd been looking to get into a new tabletop game, and this hit the spot! Even snagged the Christmas deal on their website. Small scale, fast pace, amazing art style. Couple that with your terrain tutorials, and I may just be the coolest kid on the block. When are you going to post some battle reports and demos? Can't wait to see it! When I get my set up and going, I'll post too.
I would wonder if you would be interested in Strange Aeons, its a 28mm skrimish horror game thats really well done , i defo recromend taking a look at it its fun and unlike infinity and priviteer press it is more simple rules but with enough complexity too make every game uniqe but at the same time playable . :) good vid anyhow love too see your supporting a none main stream game keep up the great work :)!
Great timing. I was just checking out Mercs and Infiniti. Infiniti has a really nice, slick intro to playing thanks to BeastsOfWar. Mercs has such an awesome looking system with those cards and the small scale.
$110 USD for a two person "starter" set that frankly has everything you need? Awesome value.
Hay Viv. I emailed Mercs and let them know you are promoting their product. I also asked them if their minis are metal or plastic? Their site says lead free. I dont know much about manufacturing minis. In Canada many people know about lead in paint in toys from China but lead may be used in plastics as well. I suggested to them they should clearly say metal figs on plastic bases, at $10 a figure it would be nice to know.
@coolterrainmr - the figures are metal and highly detailed. due to being a small company their molds are still in great condition and the mold lines are minimal if visible at all.
MERCS & Infinity have some very cool figs .and with only needing so few you can take the time and give each one a bit of TLC instead of constantly batch painting 100s of figs .like i should be doing lol
