I played this years back....was NEVER beat. I had a lvl 240'ish fey thief. 100% assinate, lots of magic. killed titan's in one - two hits. any body ever come out with a character better? fey thief was by far the best possible build i found.

@NiloArch I think that may have been the same one, been so long. I just remembering having 105% chance to assassinate on hit. really high illusion magic. Just pump out the cheapest possible units and transform them into BEASTS! was pretty much an unstoppable hero. no titan, other hero, base defence, army could stop me. If an army was to much i turned them all into sheep, miss this game!

i remember when i was playing this game in a "dead hero equals bye-bye" mode..my hero was a fey bard and it was lvl 50+...i was scouting the map together with my high lvl retinues, when i entered this cliff choke point i was surprised by the number of enemies waiting there and then in less than 3 secs..my lvl 50+ hero died..i almost cried!! wahahaha!!

Man, haven't played this for years. Have to install it again. It's a great game from both - RPG and strategical view. Back than I've notice lot's of changes between Warlords, than Warlords Battlecry. Totally different gameplay. Warlords was more like Battle of Wesnoth (yes, not a very good comparision but still has some truth in it) but the Battlecry-series are more RTS oriented. All of them are awesome omho. ^^

i have got an item called: Lost banner of Lysea. If u have it, it gives you +20morale while playing with the Empire! BTW i got 2 of them cause I bought it at a tradershop. I also bougt 2 rings called: rings of resurrection ( cost: 80 crowns)

To do this, right click on your battlecry 3 icon, click on Properties then go to the "Compatability" tab. Then you want to tick the "Run this programme in..." box.

If the fourth battlecry realeases soon with a whole new system. (same races, classes) but newer graphics like starcraft 2. I belive the fourth then will be the best fantasy strategy game evarrr!

Last I heard they were just searching for a publisher.. I know they want to keep basically the same system, upgrade to 3D, and make the races more broad. They don't think they'll be able to do as many races.. Like they might still have like 8, but they'll like kind've combine the current races or something.. 3D is wayyy more expensive to model than 2D, so they have to cut back.. unless they get an awesome publisher.. They really should; especially after Puzzle Quest did so well.
