Thanks for your video! I am interested in lower blepharoplasty to correct puffiness and I have always been afraid of plastic surgery for fear of looking like i've had surgery..exactly as u say - weird!

So do u recommend the transconjunctival technique? and what do i ask if i don't want fat removed from around the rim? I'd like normal contour. Should I ask that orbital fat not be removed?

I'm in Australia otherwise I'd come to your practice!

hmm, if it is due to aging, most likely yes. if you are just born that way and are very young, then most likely no.

yes, she did exactly what i said not to do in this video.  her canthus (outer part of the eye) has been distorted. just remember, never cut the lower eyelid.
