@EightPawsProductions i made some research go on Wikipedia, 767 300-16.700 max allowable fuel, 767 300ER 24.100 max allowable fuel, flight Sim 767 300-16.024 MAX Allowable fuel. compare From Wikipedia and flight Sim then u will know the differences or if u know something else that makes the Capitan Sim's 767 a ER

@dutchbhproduction You can use them in the sky... They are for generally slowing the aircraft down, just recently I was on an American 757, and on approach he had full spoilers on decent, just about close to landing he retracted.

How do you get the Autopilot to work. In my 767, the autopilot switch doesn't do anything, and neither does the keyboard command for autopilot controls. This is a brand new download from the captain sim website, being run on a 3.5 GB processor for goodness sake!

@garry795 Have you programmed the Flight Management Computer? The autopolot will be looking for a flightplan to follow in the FMC. This is not just a "jump-in-and-fly" aircraft.

@Sho69607, no mate, and besides i fly for a Virtual Airline on FSX, its basically like a clan for FSX lol, and you don't have to, just flick on VOR Lock and your plane will follow your assigned flight plan, chat to your mates on steam, go downstairs watch TV, call a friend on phone, anything you want :].

i dont think spoilers are supposed to extend ALL the way during descent, you only add a bit of spoilers to increase drag

okay i have this 767 and i love it! but.. one problem.. i cant engage the A/P so that i can hold a certain altitude or heading.. only the Auto throttle works. and the ADI and HSI dont work either. does anyone have a solution for this?? thank you so much

I use FRAPS its really good

As already mentioned, FRAPS is the program generally used. Has to be purchased though if you want to capture longer sections of video without a watermark.

You need to make sure the Flight Management System (FMS) is setup correctly, and the IRS is aligned. I suggest you read through the manual and follow a tutorial flight.

But captain sim 757 is still best 757 at this moment, and i think their 767 is also nice, but not as realistic as LDS 767, i think so because my own expriences with their 757, and almost all very experienced simpilots say so.

Yes, and Level D 767 is many times more realitic than that captain sim 767, if it´s like their 757, which i have, and it´s not very realistic.

All this is is the 757 with a different exterior model, A lot of eye candy such as opening window shutters and things that are nice but can detract from the frame rates. I have the CS757 and I think the VC is very nice, I would never go back to 2d panels now. I would recommend you buy it.

I haven´t it, but i´ve hear that captain sim 767 is pretty much same quality as their 757 what i have, and i can say it´s crab, outside model is nice, but VC and systems sucks. So, LEVEL D have much more realistic systems.

No, it's for FSX only.

If you have low frames in FSX, you need a computer upgrade (easier said than done, I know.)

Your processor and ram are fine, but your graphics card is a budget model, an 8800gt or a 9800gt would be much better.

I also suggest you view the FSX tuning guide on Simviation forums, look for the thread called "XP/Windows Setup, System Optimizing and Drivers" by NickN, if you have Vista, don't be put off, the thread contains information for Vista too.

I recommend this aircraft, and also their Boeing 757 model too.
