I'm so glad you are on the loser's bench and you are getting this stuff down!!!! I remember that VERY "full" feeling the first few weeks... like NO more was going to fit. Have you tried setting a timer every 15 minutes as a reminder to get those fluids in? It helped me to start getting them down. You are bright and perky... so glad you are feeling better and good for you that you are walking. How is your gas? You've got Week #1 behind you. You are moving forward! ~Toni

You're hot baby! :) The numbers look great and your spirits are super high! That's the most important thing! The important thing is to be able to tolerate little by little liquids and such. I've been able to eat sugar free jello, pudding, popsicles, EAS lite protein shakes (took me 2.5 days to finish one), and some broth. Not a big fan of broth! I TOTALLY agree with Miso soup! I don't know if you guys have Yoshinoya out there, but if you do, they have a good miso :)
