@TheRealStonedPope Thank you for responding! Though, I don't think it could be the longer neck, because I have a 24 fret guitar. Its kind of hard to find guitars with longer necks than that. Secondly, bends would be easy to figure out, but it doesn't sound like how a bend would. So i dont think its the bend.

@insanegothism101 Yeah, it is on a collector's disc called Zelda Collector's Edition which was released in 2002-2003. It has The original Loz, Zelda 2, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, A Wind Waker demo, a WW trailer, and a zelda retrospective. But MM is terrible on it cause it lags 10x more than the N64, the graphics look bad, it freezes constantly, and some other little things are fucked up.
