It's a shame the video contains the MIDI soundtrack because the CD-ROM version was brilliant! I'm also noticing on some of these vids the absence of voiceover work. The CD-ROM version also contained brief talking bits.

I love the soundtrack too. Even got it in my winamp playlist so I can take a nostalgy fix every now and then.

When I was a kid I relished the background music of BAK so much occassionally I'd have it play in the background while I slept. I remember the most time I spent in a single chapter was in Chapter Three...the limits of where you could explore in the main Kingdom were lifted and you could go pretty much anywhere in the human "Kingdom" proper, including Dimwood. I built up the stats of James, Gorath, & Owyn a lot before finishing the chapter, because they needed it for the trials ahead.
