Haters...Haters. Some people feel the need to put down others' acomplishments and hard work. But I think it's great that there are literature out there to help the Hmong youth learn and embrace the culture, when there is not enough being past down from elders to the next generation of Hmongs. I praise your efforts and is hungry for a next edition.....perhaps more everyday Hmong dishes.

the only recipe i can claim is the Hmong Chicken Broil with herbs. otherwise most of the recipes are borrow from other cultures.

..but truth is, there aren't any "original" Hmong recipes. 90% of the food Hmong people cook originated from Laos or Thailand.
