  • @Borderlands8808 the bass has to be loud enought so the mic can pick it up. Its the bass not the music itself

  • If I put this in my room cealin and turn it on in the dark without any fog, smoke,or anything in the air, will I see the beams of light through the air? Answer quick

  • i've read quite a few comments here and there and a lot of people seem to say that the music needs to be SUPER DUPER LOUD!! for it to pick up the sound. Is that true??

  • i got this light back in March one of my favorite lights works great

  • LOL,WOW I SOMEWHAT AGREE..I PROBABLY COULD GET BETTER FOOTAGE OF MY LIGHTS I JUST GOT

  • @tonysehy Please keep in mind that this video was uploaded over two years ago.

  • If I am AMDJ, I would be embarrassed to put out such a low quality video to showcase a light. Can you say...LAZY? Is it really such an expense to create a video where the beams are crisp. To think a company trying to sell a light would do it with such a low quality video.... Big disappointment!

  • music titel?

  • seems the same as agressor.. but without a cool name

  • @Iown2man - No, no duty cycle. The unit has LEDs and doesn't get hot. Run it all night long!!!

  • I have it im my shop if anyone needs one

  • @MrExtraMusical i need one

  • Do you have to use fog in order to see the beams? I'm new to lighting. :\

  • @MrKtiger - yes, to get maximum effect and to see the beams you will need to use fog.

  • @adjlighting Alright thank you! :)

  • this is my next light..

  • Question.

I heard that some adj lights have a loud motor. My buddy has one that looks similar to this one and the motor is so loud that if you turn the music down you really hear it. How is this motor? It it really loud when the music is a low volume?

    Thanx for your help

  • does this light needs to cool down after some minutes ?

if yes after how manny minuts?

  • @DJFPaul It is led. better off buying the original vertigo with 2- 300 watt halogen bulbs because the actually last this one is junk I am not happy with mine but the original has lasted 15 years with no prob!

  • would this give the same effect as the halogen vertigo

  • @RMSENTERTAINMENT No it is very dim compared to the original!!!!

  • how much is it

  • @Sweething1029 Ebay $80

  • @vintagelightman03 hehe i have pay 70 =)

  • Bought Mine For About $100 After Taxes At Guitar Center And I Am Extremely Happy With It.... I Dj Electro/House/Hip-Hop And When The Bass Hit It Strobes And Goes Crazy.. I Also Use It OutSide And The Beams Go A Long Distance...

  • LOCALES EN MEXICO ECATEPEC DE MORELOS????

  • got one..................bril but smoke adds the extra dimension

  • Doubtless technology LED is invading us

  • Do these show the beam of the light in the air without fog or anything being there?

  • Holy ALIEN!! I wantt that in my room!! :DD

  • i have one.... with smoke brill...but even with out very high light output

  • how much?

  • SOME OF THE BEST LIGHTS YOU CAN GET IF YOUR ON A BUDGET AND ARE STARTING OUT ARE............2 chauvet color banks......{ they are by far the best bang for the buck!!

  • i guess it works betst with a smoke machine? or do you see the light anywayz? i mean not only the dots but the beams aswell?

  • @TheVoopover At least with mine, you can see the beams slightly, but you're right its best to have a smoke machine.

  • anyone think this will be a good starter item? I'm thinking about getting some lights and i'm thinking maybe $150 to 200$ is a good figure. whats some good starter items?

  • @kouruleoblaze cheack out "acme" lights they have some great pro lookin effects for a decent price, i have 2 dynarolls there are about £150 each but they are awsome, maybe get one then another a few gigs later

  • Is it dmx?

  • @TheBigMomma101 - No. Sound active only.

  • okay 2 things, I am about to order one on payday for my dance club and and, two, whats the song?

  • just got one.. they r brill... ignore the techno tune on here they work with anything...not xpensive anymore either

  • Do you just plug it into the wall?? Or do you have to plug it into a lighting system??

I am new to the lighting stuff.

  • kylester1991 - this light you just plug it into the wall, no lighting controller needed. The unit has a built-in microphone that responds to the bass sounds of music then makes the beams dance around.

  • @adjlighting lol...had da same question but didnt wanna ask......now im not da only 1...yay

  • @adjlighting where can i buy this???? pleaseeeee

  • I just got myself one of these bad boys... It's awesome..It's as loud as an old school exerox printer... but easily drowned out!!

  • are there any problems with it? can I have it on for like 1 hour at a time?

  • @kouruleoblaze I had it on for 6 hours without any issues. It works great!

  • @gildardosuarez U can Run this light for that long i was thinking getting so could u tell me???

  • Comment removed

  • I have 2 halogen vertigos one is newer then the other...the new one is loud too

  • @123scottsdj how loud would you say it is?

  • I bought one a long time ago and 1 in the spring of this year

  • I just bought one... Great effect, but the engine for mirrors is a little bit loud...

  • were do u get this light machine please tell me thanks

  • German I-Net... (Ebay)

  • you can order it from online at the American Dj site or if u live in canada there is a shop called Long and McQuade, you can buy alot of different lights from there

  • any link for a website who sell this ?

  • american dj buddy

  • i have 2 crappy non-led versions of the vertigo my friend gave me...

  • superbe machine!! tres bon ! very good!

  • I think the old vertigo effect was also better.

The multiple colors of light at once was nice, this seems to only really do 1 color at a time in a way.

I was looking at the Chauvet mushroom led, and that still projects different colors thru different optics at once. where as the led vertigo still seems to have the same color light from every optic.

Maybe If ADJ would step up to 3 tri leds and or even have the 2 current led's not insync with each other to project multi different colored beams?

  • as much as Id want to run this light, I feel id be happier with the Chauvet (which in my opinion is knockoff ADJ), or the old vertigos, and have to change bulbs constantly.

  • Have it DMX?

  • No, the Vertigo TRI LED does not have DMX.

  • i rest my case! my choise is this one :D ! fuck JB system!

  • I am finding this to be a good fixture for smaller dance floors with low ceilings as it is not overwhelming or "in your face" when placed at lower levels like some of today's LED effects... so, agreed that it is not extremely bright, but it definately has a place in most any LED light show, and with the PRICE DROP to $99.99 it makes more sense then ever! My clients are buying them up and coming back for more if that tells you anything!

  • It has 2x 9watt LED bulbs in it very low

  • I've been doing alot of research on this light, and I really like what I've heard...I'm planning on picking up 4 for my DJ company with in the next 2 weeks.

  • I buy this one and the agressor last week end...i will do a dance with them...!!!

  • How many amps or watts does this light need? Specifically a number.

  • its in the (more info) section, in the upper right!! Thought I would help.

  • yes this light looks great.

cant wait to have a closer look ;)

  • Wow, I like the new video for this light :)
