Keep your eyes on the Lord, and He will bring you the man who is to be your husband. Never think you NEED a man to be 100%. You are already 100% when you accept the Lord.
Personally I think people go extreme on both sides... I think kissing is OK if you are careful. It depends on the person. But God is pretty clear on what is best for us - and that is to wait for marriage to have sex because it is a lot more than "pleasure"- it has meaning! I went to one of her concerts in Prescott Valley. It was in a very small church only 100-150 people were there. the tickets only cost 8 bucks and all the money raised would go to the pregnacy center. There even was a question answer thing. She Is amazing and this song is amazing!
My wife and I were blessed to see Rebecca at the ALIVE2011 fest. We were about 6 rows back, in a fest tent. Two of the band members are her brothers, who are also a band known as "For King and Country". Rebecca shared the message that everyone should wait to be married to have sex, and her message was powerful and convincing. I wish more could hear it. She is a very sincere blessing from our Lord, and the emotion/conviction in her voice is powerful. Congrat's on her marriage of 2 months.

I think waiting is typically defined here as waiting to have sex until you are married. Of course a good way to do that and save yourself other types of heartbreak is to avoid relationships you truly feel you could never marry that person. Hope this helps!

Lets settle the fight here and now. I was raised Catholic, and I am now agnostic, borderline atheist but I think this song is great, its a wonderful message. So regardless of religious beliefs you should still see the promise in a song like this.

Personally I think people go extreme on both sides... I think kissing is OK if you are careful. It depends on the person. But God is pretty clear on what is best for us - and that is to wait for marriage to have sex because it is a lot more than "pleasure"- it has meaning! Life isn't about us, it's about doing what's right and thinking of God first then other people, then us. Not the other way around.

I went to one of her concerts in Prescott Valley. It was in a very small church only 100-150 people were there. the tickets only cost 8 bucks and all the money raised would go to the pregnacy center. There even was a question answer thing. She Is amazing and this song is amazing!

My wife and I were blessed to see Rebecca at the ALIVE2011 fest. We were about 6 rows back, in a fest tent. Two of the band members are her brothers, who are also a band known as "For King and Country". Rebecca shared the message that everyone should wait to be married to have sex, and her message was powerful and convincing. I wish more could hear it. He wants us to be set apart from our "primal selves" and to find what IS good, not just what feels good. Lets settle the fight here and now. I was raised Catholic, and I am now agnostic, borderline atheist but I think this song is great, its a wonderful message. So regardless of religious beliefs you should still see the promise in a song like this.

people are saying that if someone said something bad about Rebecca St. James, they would need Jesus bad. the thing is, i've witnessed a lot of people who say they are CHristian, say bad things about a lot of people who may not be as famous, or decorated. makes me wonder about whether your doctine is God's doctrine, or your own.
