@Terceira73 I believe everything you say cept for one thing, I believe Jesus is God's son that he is exactly like God. But I believe he is his Son and that there is God and Jesus. that Jesus isn't God. I believe they're separate spirits.

1 Timothy 3:16And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory.

the book of John reveals Jesus as the Word of God and show that the Word was God.

John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

@InTheKnow88 I used to be unsure about the deity of Jesus Christ so I asked the Lord to show me if He was separate from God or if He and the Father were one. Like He said we have not because we ask not.After asking Him one night he gave me a vision of a young baby wrapped in strips of cloth. Not knowing who it was I ask the Lord if it was me as a child or my son and asked Him if He could show me who it was. All He said was "I Am". Which had a double meaning. He was showing me and it was the I Am

There is only one time the the I Am (God) could have been a child and that's when Christ was a baby.

I'd like to encourage you to ask Him to reveal His deity to you.

My next post is what God (Yehweh) said about Himself in Zachariah 12:10 notice the term "look upon me" and how it is used.

@mattks74 In the first of the 10 commandments God says to worship no God but Him. And Christians know there is only one true God, so if Jesus is separate from God How can we worship Him. Answer We worship Him as God who was manifest in the flesh like 1Timothy 3:16 says.

21Tell ye, and bring [them] near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? [who] hath told it from that time? [have] not I the LORD? and [there is] no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; [there is] none beside me.

God is saying here that He is the only savior. So how can Jesus be another savior when God says He is the only one.

Jesus Is shown to be God manifest in the flesh (or God in human form) again like shown in 1 Timothy 3:16
