My friend and I poured over the song and found these while going backwards on his turntable. The first sentence was very clear to us and we made out every word. Going further, we heard it to say unintelligible followed by "Power in Satan" and further unintelligible followed by "666".  This interpretation seems mostly correct and a lot more fleshed out than I remember hearing.
