@barkieper erst 15 aber schwarzer? Na und? Wir haben hier 8 Jaehrige mit nem schwarzen Guertel rumlaufen. So machen die meisten Schulen profit. Zudem ist es eigentlich nicht so wichtig welche farbe dein Guertel ist wenn die Technik nicht stimmt.!

Ich fand das Video sehr gut und die Uebungen sehr interessant.

Ich haette gerne etwas mehr vom Sparring gesehen. Aber sonst klasse !

Thanks for posting this. We hope one day we can do a all day program for martial arts training.

We do have a training camp comming up in a couple months with Frank Dux and maybe a few others. So it's nice to see somethings that people are doing out there.

Anyways hope you will come by our page and comment on the vids too!
