I've heard these rally sports were 'clones' of other jet boats in their day. Most often mentioned are the sidewinders etc.
I've got the 455 out doing some minor upgrades - mostly focusing on the oiling system. Otherwise I'm going to line the boat inside with a light grey durabak roll on poly liner (carpet was getting old) and hopefully get it back in the water sooner than later! WEEeeee!

Looks just like the Cobra Jet with the steering wheel on the opposite side...wery cool...can't wait to get my Cobra Jet going.
