If someone's fighting for me then the troops in Afghanistan(not Iraq), but I heard only bad things about the US troops there. I was in the German army and every one who has been over there told me that the Americans behave disrespectful and provoe the people's hate.

I truly love your videos, they show that we are humans, fellow men and women that care and love. To many people keep saying that soldiers are mindless zombies. Thank you for these amazing videos.

I can relate even if you don't believe me my brother died in Iraq last year, he was twenty two and was killed by a bridge bomb. I saw him 6 months earlier.

my husband of only 2 months now got deployed on MAY 10th 08 and its only been 6 days i have 394 days until i see him again...this is my first deployment with him...and oddly these kinds of videos help alot. <3

To those soldier haters out there.
Soldiers are human just like me and you.
they do their jog every day like you and I.
They take orders just like you do from your boss at work.
They did not make the decision to go to war.
They have to bear the scars and wounds of someone elses decision in which they had no say. They soldiers wern't the ones who made the decision, just like you do everyday at work, they took and followed the orders they reseceived. THIS WAR IS NOT THEIR FAULT!!!

I respect everyone here. Is their choice to do what they want with their life, but all I ask from some "people" is to STOP saying they are "fighting for us, for our freedom" let me say something what freedom? have you seem the news lately? spy's? try to pass law on what not to said no more, or what not express is that freedom? please. So stop with the Freedom, the soldiers need to come back home and thats it, they dont need to be there in meanless war that some one propose. shame on you BUSH.

The terrorists will swarm back in with a vengance against us. They will bomb us and attack us. We will have to live in fear. Bomb threats, murders, suicide killings, mass shootings, ALL WILL BECOME EVERYDAY THINGS. So if you love this country at all, you will want the Troops to stay there. Think about what you say before you say it. Pulling the troops out now will kill HUNDERS more people.

I think it was Bush and Rumsfeld who weren't thinking,it is not even a question of what party you're a member of. BTW, it was the Republicans who created Osama Bin Laden and Suddam Hussein.
When Cheney wanted build an oil pipeline in Afghanistan, and when Reagen and Bush 1 wanted to align themselves with oil and fight against Iran. We sold him the chemicals he gassed the Kurds with. The same crime we hung him for. How ironic is that. Bush is a coward for lying to our troops.

someone has spoken the words of wisdom, tell him how it is. this war is meanless, it means it don't mean shit, our troops our dying, they are dying to protect our freedom, but ask yourself what FREEDOM? read the news, watch the news? watch political debate and you would find very interested things that have nothing to do with freedom more likely is oppresion.

GAINFUL COMPLAINING! You have control over little and if you want to gain any in this free country, YouTube is not the medium to use. Also, I wonder how you know that America compared to most other countries is not FREEDOM embodied. To know that something is free you must also know what is not free, after living in this great nation for so long it is that which you are oblivious to. Soldiers don't decide where to fight, support them, do not belittle their courage and bravery from you computer.

If someone's fighting for me then the troops in Afghanistan(not Iraq), but I heard only bad things about the US troops there. I was in the German army and every one who has been over there told me that the Americans behave disrespectful and provoe the people's hate.

You can say what you want about American troops, but they saved your Nazi asses from self-destruction. These American troops are not disrepectful if greeted with warmth and respect, but if you disrespect them they know how to give you an old-fashioned American beat down. And I seriously doubt you would say those things if you were in the German Army about Americans because over here in Germany, we have a very good relationship with the Germans.

I have a lot of respect for the Vietnam vets..that was a real hard war..and the vets did not get a good home coming when the war was lost, and it makes me feel bad because a lot of brave men died fighting and for what.Nixon..freedom and then when they got home.nothing. no one wanted to know they wanted to forget..you can never forget the guys you fight with the ones who watch your back..they are like your brothers in a way

my brother is in iraq at this moment. i dont think i have ever been so scared before. it is a really hard thing not knowing how he is. just we have to keep hoping ,praying, and wishing that they come back safe. we have to be strong for them.

I really love that music video. That shows high honor toward the many of our people serving either in the Air Force, army, or navy. Heck, just about everyone loved it also. That could have been me if I were to be drafted into the military.
